户提供咨询服务。
在创立千里评估之前，洪先生为艾华迪评估咨询有限公司之联
席董事。曾参与中国及海外不同大型上市公司的商业评估项
目，知名客户包括腾讯、虎牙控股、谭仔国际、顺风国际等
等。他在需披露交易以及美国及香港的IPO上市前评估工作均
拥有丰富经验。
在加入评估行业以前，洪先生曾于普华永道会计师事务所
(PwC) 审计部门工作，对上市公司在会计及审计需求有深入了
解及丰富经验。

地产估值经验，并具有房地产投融资的工作经验。他具有强大
的分析能力、细致入微的注意力，并熟悉各种估值方法，包括
现金流折现、可比公司分析和成本核算的估值方法。他过往的
工作经验令他能轻易与其他专业人士如投资银行顾问、会计
师、审计师、财务顾问、律师等密切合作。

Mr. Hong has over 10 years of experience in the valuation consulting industry, having provided consulting services to clients across various sectors, including TMT, biotechnology, catering, utilities, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy.
Before founding Qianli Valuation, Mr. Hong served as a co-director at Aihua Di Valuation Consulting Limited. He participated in commercial valuation projects for large publicly listed companies both in China and overseas, with notable clients including Tencent, Tiger Global, Tan Zai International, and Shunfeng International. He has extensive experience in disclosure transactions and pre-IPO valuations in the United States and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining the valuation industry, Mr. Hong worked in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he gained in-depth knowledge and rich experience in accounting and auditing requirements for listed companies.

Mr. Wu is a comprehensive valuation expert with extensive knowledge of finance and the real estate industry, specializing in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets. He has over 10 years of experience in corporate and real estate valuation, along with a background in real estate investment and financing. He possesses strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and is familiar with various valuation methods, including discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and cost approach valuation. His previous work experience enables him to collaborate closely with other professionals such as investment banking advisors, accountants, auditors, financial consultants, and lawyers.
